Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

Our Free plan is completely free and does not require any payment. There is nothing to refund for Free plan users.

2. Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Team)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at contact@deskalo.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We will process your request within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

  • Request is made within 7 days of initial purchase
  • This is your first subscription with Deskalo
  • Your account has not been suspended for Terms of Service violations

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
  • Partial month usage
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after expiration

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
