2. Description of Service
Deskalo provides remote desktop connection services that allow users to access and control computers remotely. The Service includes:
- Remote desktop viewing and control
- Clipboard synchronization
- File transfer (Pro and Team plans)
- Multi-monitor support (Pro and Team plans)
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Access computers without proper authorization
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Limitation of Liability
Deskalo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
